MAKERS Catalog

The six Maker families are not palette swaps over one formula. They read combo, TEAM, same-orbit partners, historical lucky taps and heat, connecting active tapping, orbit manipulation and passive production.

HAND

MAKER / ORBIT 0 / ID: pulse

HAND

UNLOCK / COST
32 Sparks
CORE STAT
0.4 / second

The first automatic producer and the first bridge from tapping to automation.

IMPLEMENTATION: 48×48, six frames at 8 FPS; base cost grows by 1.16^level.

Shared cost and production rules

  • Each family's first cost is shown in the catalog; every later level multiplies by 1.16.
  • Production begins as baseRate × level, then applies identity, TEAM, Tool, Gift and historical Badge multipliers.
  • Animation phase derives from ID and slot so six objects never move in mechanical lockstep.
  • Small Makers are 48×48 and large Makers 64×64, all using integer coordinates and nearest-neighbor sampling.

Why six families

A round screen cannot carry a complex technology tree. Differences live in character behavior: FIREFLY suggests combo, BOT suggests TEAM, and SATELLITE suggests high heat. Silhouette, orbit placement and formula semantics teach together.
