Added the ESP-IDF project, hardware lock, device validation, asset conversion, C++ golden tests, incremental rendering, RTC/NVS, settings, ambient and device scripts. Final v6 hardware measured about 29.8 FPS.

Added three-stage hold/burst, banded tilt, clearance validation, scoped battery, settings interaction, strict wake and edge/SHOP transaction fixes, creating the next device contract.
Why there are few commits
This is not a linear repository with one commit per v1–v7 step. Much early iteration occurred inside one extended objective and v4 became the first snapshot. The roadmap separates visible asset versions from traceable Git nodes rather than fabricating history.
